Check-in

Preferred check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. onwards. We understand the need for flexibility, so please inform us in advance if you require different arrangements. If we cannot accommodate an earlier check-in, we offer a bag drop service for early arrivals.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Reservations: Cancellable up to 1 week before check-in. After this period (including No-Show reservations), a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Non-refundable Reservations: Enjoy a discount by booking in advance! Full prepayment via credit card is required. No changes or cancellations are permitted, and the full deposit is non-refundable.
